FEAR is a doomed experiment gone wrong in a secret laboratory in Twilight Town. The scientists were performing unethical expirements on convicts when one expirement became totally shrouded in darkness and had large chains tied to its feet. It roams the streets of Twilight Town at night. Searching for some lost person to come upon them.
